Moong Sprout Salad (one pot meal)

I was super hungry after doing tonnes of things for the morning and still had loads to do but was not in the mood for a big cooking, as I was alone for lunch too. But I sure wanted to eat something filling, fresh and easy. So I started hunting in the fridge and I found freshly made Sprouts and of course some veggies and BINGO! I thought lets do a sprout salad. It was a one pot meal of good protein (sprouts) carbs(potato) and fresh veggies.

Simple Tomato Soup

This is a very simple tomato soup with a few ingredients. The girls love this kind of soup. Now since we get great tomatoes in this season I use lot of tomatoes in my cooking.

Here is what you will need: for 4 medium bowls

Home made Lemonade

Who doesn't like Lemonade and that too, home made one! I made a simple one which you can keep for about a week in the fridge. Its better to make it for a weekend, or for a summer party. Its a super simple recipe. You can get creative with it and add either fresh mint leaves, little blueberries or even make it a bit salty by adding some normal salt and rock salt to it. In my MIL`s house I remember they also used to add ground fennel seeds, was also quite nice, but the base is always the same. Back home its called as Shinkanjee, that's the drink we used to get a lot in the summer days and if you had a instant visitor this could be something which could be whisked very quickly.
